I have a friend trying to connect to the server, but in the multiplayer menu, it says "Incompatible FML modded server" and says "1 mod present". I myself am able to connect to the server just fine, and checked to make sure we both have the same version (3.2.1), and made sure that we both have the same number of mods (233). He's also having no problem connecting to other Revelation servers as well, and this problem was ran into as soon as the game was installed.
