i dont know why but i dont get any rewards from world bosses can anyone help

why dont i get anything from any world boss

Could you please elaborate about this? Did it show you that you received these folllowing items in the GUI ?

Just an addendum:
When a world boss event is ongoing, there's a notification in the top-middle of your GUI. It states to run the command "/boss" in order to count/register your participation in the event; but that's not enough to get the rewards upon defeating it. You then must run "/boss battle", continue to fight the boss and shave its overall health down.
You should get either a pop-up or a line of server text in chat stating your rewards. Please note that your inventory must have space for the items to be deposited into, otherwise they'll drop on the floor and someone else could swipe them. If that's the case, I don't think there's a lot staff can do.
