I was jailed and it says to contact a staff member, but I cant contact them.

I was jailed and it says that I am under investigation and to contact Aliczio. I tried messaging Aliczio on discord, but I received the message "Your message could not be delivered. This is usually because you don't share a server with the recipient or the recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends." I am also unable to make a ticket on the discord server because I am banned, so I am posting a thread here.

Hey there, just wanted to notify you that you have been unjailed. This was just done to prevent you to continue to harrass SerenaSauce after being asked not to. After you had your punishment, we left you jailed for a bit in case you continued to do so. Since that's over, there's no further need to keep you jailed. Apologies again for my delay on this.
