I joined the server a day or two ago and wanted to buy a rank only to find that when I put my ign into the text box requesting it, it tells me I've been banned from the store? I haven't even visited the store or the server before yesterday and have no idea why it is doing this. I'd love to give a donation if it would let me.

Hey there This would mean you have done a chargeback on another websites store Pretty much any store that uses teebex you will be banned on for charging back Best advice would be Open a paypal dispute and request them to cancel the chargeback on what you wanted refund open a discord ticket and show us proof
