Hey, so me and another player (toshi_vv) recently have been permabanned for 'illegal IRL deal,' but we didn't know that IRL deals had to be done exclusively with Complex credits. I think an immediate permaban is bit too harsh and I'm willing to correct my mistake by rightfully giving toshi_vv $50 in complex credits or give the Ditto back(and delete the pokemons I got with the Ditto) to correct my mistake.

I completely understand where you are coming from and apologize if you believe that an immediate permanent ban is incorrect on our part; however, in order to be unbanned from the server, you will need to create a ban appeal
here. We will typically respond roughly two weeks after your appeal is submitted, but please be patient with us as we do receive high volumes of ban appeals on a regular basis.
