Build/Claim Permissions 2: Electric Boogaloo

I did the /kit claim, as per one of the suggestions, but I still don't have permission. I made sure I was far away from existing structures, and tried in multiple biomes. What am I doing wrong?

I believe you are in the admin world. You will need to do /rtp to go to the player world
