Sorry to hear that you are having trouble connecting to our server! Here are some steps that you can take to help you out in the future:
1) Check your internet connection. Often times, players will be unable to connect to the server due to poor internet connection. If you notice that your ping is poor, try reconnecting your router and see if that helps your connection.
2) Restart your launcher. The "Ol' Reliable" method. When in doubt, restarting your launcher will solve *most* problems, but not all!
3) Try connecting to another color server. Sometimes, one server may be restarting or simply have issues due to a high volume of players. If this occurs, then wait a few minutes and try again.
4) If all else fails, make a ticket on our Discord. Our staff team is always on 24/7, so feel free to make a ticket on our Discord in the #help-and-support channel and one of our staffulty will help you out as soon as possible!
