Can't claim Prodigy + Professor Kit

Hello,
My pokedex is 50,56% complete, but I can't claim either the Prodigy (30%) nor the Professor Kit (50%) via the Pixelgear. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for help!

Hey Copperhag,

In order to claim the Prodigy and Professor Kit, you will need to run the command /dex claim. This will allow you to claim the respective Pokedex Rewards for every 10% interval completion!
