Can't join Yellow because it's full even with my Ace rank.

I just got the ace rank yesterday, and I'm trying to join the yellow server which is full, but it's just saying that the server is full and have I considered buying a rank, which I already have. Could someone help me with this?

I'm sorry you were having trouble joining the server! If you purchased and received the Ace Rank on the server, you should be able to join the server you purchased it on regardless of capacity. As we have done a complete server restart yesterday for Yellow, please make sure that your rank is still there. In the off-chance that your rank is missing, please make a ticket in the #help-and-support channel on our Discord and we will resolve that right away.
