I took a break from pixelmon emerald got to the 3rd or 4th elite four or maybe i beat it idk its been months and i came back on and everything is gone.

Hey there! Our servers reset around once a year in order to provide new content and some fresh gameplay for our playerbase. Emerald reset most recently back in May, which may be the reason why you no longer have your stuff. Hopefully that clears things up for you!
