Claim help (regarding pokeloot)

Hello!
I am a very new player (as of today) so I apologize if this question has been asked already, but I'm wondering if the pokeball loot thing is able to be removed or if they despawn, I just found a very small island in the middle of nowhere I'd like to build on and it has one visable pokeball and one invisible sparkly loot thingo, is there a way for me to get rid of them? Or could I have someone remove them for me if that doesn't go against the rules?
