couldn't start with my best friend starter

i was hoping a mod or someone could help me, i kept trying to start my game with bulbasaur but every time i picked her it would freeze and then tell me to pick again until i picked anything else then it would work, i was just hoping to have a bulbasaur so i can have fun with my favorite starter

The current version of Pixelmon is bugged to where nobody is able to choose Bulbasaur as their starter. If you make a ticket on the server discord in the #help-and-support channel, and provide your IGN and server, a staff member should be able to give you a provide you with a Bulbasaur for your starter. The issue should be fixed in the next update.

When you join the discord, go to the #verification text channel and click the emote reaction in order to verify yourself.
