DC during the Boss Battle

Hi, I was in the boss battle of server Red, but then my computer decided to DC during the second battle I was in. I beat the Regigias once, but the second time, I DC then relog and didn't get any of the rewards. I was wondering if someone could help me with this problem

Sadly, I'd presume this is considered player error. The server staff wouldn't likely compensate for this incident. Have a nice evening.
