Didnt get 100k from purchase

On the store I bought my account Elite and then used the 25 percent off with that purchase to also buy 100k. I never got my 100k and its been 3 days.

Apologies for the inconvenience. If you received your rank, then you should have also received the 100k. Please double-check whether or not you did receive it. However, we can also help you check whether or not the 100k purchase registered into the system. Could you please provide us with your IGN and the server you played on?
