Daily/Weekly random battle tournaments. Providing players with a team of 6 random pokemon by commands, setting up a tournament bracket, and the winner gets something simple but somewhat worthwhile like 2 seasonal keys or 2 shiny spins or 1-2 event keys. To keep it fair, items of any kind will not be allowed on your randomized pokemon but you can go to the move relearner and try to put better moves on your randomized pokemon. After your final tournament battle, the team will be taken back/removed and the first pokemon in the box you were last on in your PC will be put into your party. This was something that happened every 6 hours on an old pixelmon server I was a member of and it was very popular with the community. Everything was run by commands so I'm unsure if this server can handle it or if it will be able to do it like it was nothing.
