Help Stuck in nether

Hi im a player and im currently stuck in the nerther portal and cant tp or /home because i cant move due to fence been placed around the portal and i cant break it because i dont have permission

Yes I am and I can't do anything it was on the plat server

I had to start again in a different server which is diamond now
