How To find Zygarde Cells and cores

So ive asked around but most of the tips haven't worked. Can someone help me out. I dont want to spend 2.5 mil on cores nor do i want to spend money on cells

Well there not much but you can get them when they obtain Zygarde Cube and 10% Forme Zygarde after completing Step 3 of the ‘From A to Zygarde’ Research here more.
