How to get a daycare

i am currently playing on pixelmon blue and i can't seem to find where i would buy a daycare. they are not being sold at the grass mart so i don't know where they would be. any help is appreciated.

You'll need a ranch block, as blue is still on 1.12. Day cares are 1.16+
