In order to play the Pixelmon mod pack, you need to allocate 2 GB of memory to the game. If you allocate less than this, you will encounter the problem you show in the picture. If you are using the technic launcher, go to Launcher Options > Java Settings > Memory, and then change this to any thing 2 or above.

You would need to use different java/update your current java to have option to allocate more memory
