I lost all my stats and my bought goods on the emerald

Yesterday the emerald server was offline and now I am able to go back in I am treated like a new member. All my stats achievements and bought status are gone!! Can you please put my profile back to where I was before the restart of the computer. Thanks for getting back to me quick.

As you can see from the image below, Emerald was reset back to square one yesterday. Every player beings from scratch with no Pokemon, no money, no builds, no claims, nothing.

If you had a donor rank and wish it restored, please provide evidence of the email receipt showing you purchased said rank and we'll do what we can for you.
