I LOST ALL OF MY POKEMON

Me and my friend been playing this server since June 18 2020 and we stopped playing complex pixelmon for 4-5 months. I recently came back to the server. I noticed all my pokemon are my house my items all of them are gone. We both have "Ace" rank in this server, although we still have rank, but all my stuff in the server are gone.
