Hello, I'm BestBear. I'm attempting to do an Irl trade with the player KableR6 but for some reason it's saying Kable is banned. When the other player asked about it, staff said the error was on my end. I don't want to buy the mods in my name and give it to him because that's against rules. Can someone please help me resolve this soon?

Hi Bestbear,
Sorry to hear you are having a problem with the store. I have looked over the Buycraft store and I see that there is an issue with one of KableR6's payments and therefore he has been automatically prevented from purchasing anything further on the store. KableR6 will need to contact us on discord to resolve the issue for him to be able to purchase anything on the Complex store.
