I have a few HMs, like waterfall and surf, and yet I don't seem to be able to teach them to my Pokemon.
I'd like to teach Waterfall to my Swampert (my starter pokemon) as it's a great physical water move.
I was able to get the TR for waterfall to work, but I don't understand why the HM wouldn't work. Could someone enlighten me?
