Keys not recieved

I had a level up crate key that i got from leveling and a media key that i got from the video, but i think since my inventory was full they never showed up. Any fix to this problem? Or a mod that can give the keys or something

Join the discord and make a help ticket. Pretty sure they either Drop or they don't appear at all since the inventory is full
