Hey mate, when you defeat a Pokémon that might be able to drop something, you have to claim it by either clicking on it or hitting ''Claim all'' after battle. If you did this and still did not obtain it, I'd suggest making a ticket @ /discord in the #help-and-support channel with proof of this happening.
