Mega stone dissapering

So i droppt my mega stone on the grownd and it dissaperd so I did a ticket on discord but they wouldent componsate me with a new stone
just give me my mega stone and i can pay 60k for it

unfortunately the server clears all items and pokemon from the ground at certain intervals to clear lag and we won't be able to compensate you for your stone, you can however source a replacement through /gts, /mstrade or trading with other players for the 60k you have offered. Sorry for the inconvenience
