Hey there everyone

I'm _Lunch_ on the Pixelmon Blue server... first off loving the server, and I can't stop playing on it; everyone here is so kind and helpful. I'm posting this help message is because of the pop up of the modpack that this server provides to us players for the free master ball. The problem here and why I'm posting this message for myself and current and future players. I use ATlauncher for my pixelmon, but the modpacks are only for Technic and reforge. So my question here, if anyone can help me, is how do I get the mod pack and thus the free masterball through Atlauncher without having to download Technic or reforge as they don't work well for me.

maybe you are installing technic and reforge incorrectly. If you said what you were doing, maybe someone could tell you what you did wrong. I do not see why they would not work for you. My main guess is that you did not download 64-bit java. I am pretty sure the only way to get the free masterball through technic anyways.
