My pokedex is 30% but it’s not giving me prodigy rank.

I’ve done /dex claim and it said I got it but I didn’t. Now when I do /dex claim it says I have nothing to claim.

I've passed this on to a Senior Admin and they'll be able to award you with the Prodigy rank manually. You don't have to be online for this to happen, so it should be there the next time you log in!
