Negotiating glitch logging into server.

Hello so i recently got back into playing on the complex server again but ive had some issues logging in, i can go into the hub perfectly fine and i can join all of the colored servers but when i log into the one i used to play a few months back it had an issue connecting, sometimes it stays stuck on the negotiating screen and outher times its fully goes through but tells me the server had been turned offline. if there is any way to fix this please let me know thank you.

For our rivals realms(Diamond, Ruby, Platinum, and Pearl) you have to be on 1.12 to connect to the hub to go to those realms.
If you are using /server Diamond for example when you are on Violet/Scarlett you can not connect to Diamond because Diamond isn't 9.1.0. You will have to go back to 8.4.2a to play on those Realms.
