No rewards for Flying Gym NPC defeated

I'm sorry that I do not have screenshots, but I beat the flying gym NPC earlier today right before the server went down for matience, and I didn't get the rewards for completion, I asked around and tried "claiming" them from the badge under achievements in the /gyms menu to no avail. I couldn't post earlier due to classes no admins or mods were on earlier either. Currently, it is my 14th gym completed, I have the badge, and winning again gave no rewards either. If needed I can screencap the NPC badge screen

Another quick note, I tried beating the Dark Gym NPC just now, and I didn't get the badge or the rewards, it didn't even tell me in chat
