Not Earning Money As Trainer

I've been having this problem on the server (Platinum), when I choose my job as a trainer, I won't get any money from killing pokemon. I've tried leaving the job and joining back, switching jobs then switching back, and closing out of the launcher and relaunching. I've made some progress that I wouldn't want to lose, please let me know if theres something I can do to fix it.

Hey so I've been testing it out and it hasn't given me any money for killing as a trainer still. I switched to the diamond server for a little but then it soon did the same and now I can't earn money as a trainer for each. THe weird thing is that I can still get money for catching pokemon, but just not when im killing.
