Whats the best way to gain personal exp?

It depends on the server you play and what xp you are referring to.

If you are talking about xp or levels to enchant things, mining ores would be the best way for that on.

If you are on the Rival Realms: Diamond, Ruby, Platinum, and Pearl. When you hit 6 hours /pt you can join a team. When you have joined a team you can get access to the Team Mines when you have completed enough /team missions to unlock it.

If you are on the colored servers: Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Emerald, Crystal, and Violet you will have to mine like any normal survival world.


If you are talking about Levels for leveling up to get leave keys on the colored servers you need to catch, evolve, battle, and do /contracts.

Like Puppers mentioned, either doing contracts or doing hunts using /hunt is also a good way. Personally the easy hunt is the best one to do as it also gives you vote crate keys for extra rewards compared to the other ones which are only money and exp.
