From my experience, many players on the server enjoy creating their own shops. Another pixelmon server I played on a while back had a player shop plugin to allow these shops to function even if the owner was offline and it was incredible for the community and the economy. I think that this server would benefit greatly from that addition and everyone would enjoy it a lot. Feel free to message me and ask a bit more on specifics or logistics whenever.
