Pokemon Is not in the Overflow list

Hello,

Today I bought 4 Ultra Keys and I got Shiny Spectrier from one. I offered it several times in GTS, after it expired again it wasn't in /overflow pokemon.
I don't have a screen that I had it, just a Pokedex entry. What can I do to get him back?
