Progress deleted?

A few months ago I had been playing pixelmon and had gotten decently far, I also had bought a rank and keys. Today I decided to redownload and play again, but all my progress has been wiped and I no longer have my rank. Is there any fix?

Maybe you joined the wrong server? like maybe you played on Pearl before and join Red or something like that? Cuz ranks are only for a single server im pretty sure.

Hello there,
Can I ask what server this was on as some of our servers might have been wiped since the last time you played.

Normally this would however not delete your rank I can get an higher up to look into this for you if you want.
