Random Pokemon?

So I was just wandering around I used brtp to go to a desert biome and just start catching pokemon but realize my whole team (not including slot 6) got replaced by random pokemon. And to top it al of they are not in my pc so I just lost my starter and a few other pokemon.

wait so I sent them out and they were my pokemon but on the icons and in my inventory when I right-click them they appear as other pokemon?

wait nvm they changed back but I have no idea what caused this

Hey there,
This is a common visual glitch that sometimes can occur while playing. To revert it, you simply need to move the pokemon around your party or relog
