Restart platinum

It has been a long time since platinum was restarted. There is not much to do there anymore. Main players on this server are gone. The server's map has been totally destroyed. I think restarting platinum could be a way to get old players back to this server.

Platinum has in fact reset on Friday, September 30th, 2022!
