Server joining problem

So i got banned in pixelmon complex diamond server but only for chat and now when i try to join pixelmon complex server in general im not talking about diamond just the lobby server its says for some minutes logging in but then it says after some seconds disconnected why am i now completely banned after all or not? my name is DestroyerXD_007 btw not Kalter anymore.

For our rivals realms(Diamond, Ruby, Platinum, and Pearl) you have to be on 1.12 to connect to the hub to go to those realms. Make sure you are using 8.4.2a to connect to them. If you are 9.1.0 you can not connect to Rival Realms.
