Shiny Glitch

I have recently noticed some glitches with shinies in this game. For one, I often see random shiny particles throughout the world, even when nothing is there. When I use f3 + b, there isnt any hitbox either. Secondly, sometimes when I catch shinies, they revert to normal pokemon right after. For example(I got f3+b to check shiny particles):







Note: I also have a problem with seeing the nametags of pokemon, as they only occasionally appear, but I think that is a glitch on my side.
