{Ticket} lost pokemon

The levels of all pokemon and the pokemon in the pc have been rolled back most of which not very important but i did have some dittos i dont have any screenshots of these but want to know if there was anyway i could get them back?

if it help squid the mod can attest that i had at least 2 dittos
