Sometimes you disappear and no longer able to see yourself or other Players. This happens very often, I suggest reload chunks but still, You really should be fixing this. now about Chunks, When you try to place "Item frame" Sometimes it is invisable you don't see it. you can break it. and sometimes you can get it back in your inventory and sometimes not. I'm not gonna lie this is kinda annoying.
