Vote Keys were not recieved

I was Catching Pokemon and I got a tier 2 catch em all dark type achievement and it says that i got 5 vote keys but i never got them. I did have a full inventory and the chat i talked to said it was a bug and I was hoping that I could somehow get the vote keys i was supposed to get?
