Raid Account Banning Broken

When I was playing with my friend I was new and all of a sudden, a raid happened. This gave me an idea to start a raid farm, so I told my friends to help since I was broke cause I was new. Then, 2 days later PERMA BAN. Like bruh how do they ban ppl these days?

Was this in survival? There are other threads relating to this problem and lots of people getting banned for this reason. A "raid account" is basically an account created for the sole purpose of getting the player count higher, thus trying to lag the server out. You may of got mistaken for being a "raid member". I still don't exactly know why this happened. Also I might of got this whole thing wrong, was it like the pillager raid?
