Fluiducts coming back?

I was wondering if fluiducts can be fixed and unbanned.

Apologies for the late response! Fluiducts are banned for a reason, We will see if we can find a fix for it but since we don't own SF4 we cant make modifications to the mod pack. So in the meantime, I recommend looking for an alternative.
