    it required command blocks and making trainers i beleive, you would need to do it in creative, idk for sure but i think gyms spawn as natural generation in the mod, and gyms have trainers you can fight multiple times! hope this helps!

    you can train EVs but not IVs, i dont play on the rival servers, but there may be a ./warp ev where you can train evs

    the server does occasional resets, where they reset pokes, money and the world, that could be the issue.
