I bought 5 legend spins on Diamond and when I went to open them the server crashed, when I got back in all 5 of my spins are gone. I have proof of purchase and everything. Been waiting in the discord support but no one is replying.

Talked to a senior mod in-game about the problem and they said that I should automatically receive it. I installed the modpack but I did not receive any of the items I was suppose to get.
