To access the donor shop, type /dshop instead of /warp dshop. When it says that donor slots are full, it means that all of the reserved player slots for donators are taken up and you will have to wait until somebody leaves.

Issue is fixed! You should all be able to log on.

The admins are aware of the situation and are currently working on a fix, just be patient for now and it'll be sorted.

You can check the last reset of each server by typing in #bot-commands on the discord "$lastreset". As for future resets, they aren't ever scheduled.
