I assure you this is not uncommon, whether we like it or not. Though message (I believe?) TheMagicTiger on discord. They're supposed to be helping with this kind of situation, though when it comes to hearing that, I'm not unfamiliar... Hopefully they can actually help. It's been around 7 months for me, not including anything else before that particular appeal.
