A good idea would be to send the screenshot to staff members via a ticket in the discord so they can handle it appropriately. Calling other people offensive names like that is definitely not allowed

Alt accounts are allowed as long as they are not abused (Giving free items to a main account for example)

On coloured servers you can purchase one from the store, that is the only other alternative unfortunately

Hey there, The mega ring option should automatically pop up after you beat your first mega boss. You can check if you received it by going into your inventory, clicking the arrow button next to your party and then selecting the megastone icon.

Tokens are most commonly used in deals with other players or as Tiny mentioned, they can be used to change non-legendary pokemons stats via /pb

Hey there, The ruby server was reset recently on the 26th of December 2021 which would explain why everything was gone. You should still have access to the rank you purchased and all the perks that come with that however everything else would have been wiped
