Hello sorry to hear that you have not received it. Can you please make a ticket on our Discord? When you make the ticket can you please give us your IGN(in game name) realm(Diamond/Red/etc) this is on, and proof of purchase. With the proof of purchase it can have sensitive information so it is best to make a ticket regarding it.
